PRO TIP: You can also go to the following memorable web address to order or access your Google Workspace: MY.WORKSPACE.BUSINESS and then click the "ORDER" or "LOGIN" button.

Here's how you can add a custom Workspace URL for Google Workspace

From the Admin console, go to Account settings > Custom URLs.
- Select the domain you want to update from the list, and Click on "Custom URLs".
- Under a service URL, enter your desired prefix.
Note: Example prefixes for Google services include calendar, drive, mail, groups, and sites. If the prefix is already assigned to another service, remove or rename the prefix and click Save. Then add the prefix to the service URL.
- Hit Save.
- Follow the instructions to add a CNAME record for each custom service address you're customizing.
- Sign in to your account at your domain host's website and add a CNAME record to your domain's DNS records.

Note: For instance, to create the Gmail address mail.yourorganisation.xyz, add a CNAME record that points mail to ghs.googlehosted.com. Your domain host records will be something like this:
Type Name or Host Value or Address CNAME mail ghs.googlehosted.com CNAME calendar ghs.googlehosted.com CNAME groups ghs.googlehosted.com - In the Admin console, click I've completed these steps.
Wait for DNS changes to propagate (this may 24-48 hours)
You will then be able to access your favourite Workspace services via your own branded custom URLs.
